Input the front terminals are connected via massive bars on the inside.

Weight is probably 40lbs thanks to the absolutely massive transformer. The top cover and a gauge are missing.

Readouts and complaints on led display are as expected with no equipment attached. Tested as pictured. I have cleaned up the unit, the inside has been blown out.
